 Connie is just wonderful. Once we met her, we knew would we hire her over the other realtors that we interviewed to sell our home in Del Mar. Her demeanor and professionalism are just what we were looking for.  We got an offer the first day of the open house!  She's also not annoying! Some realtors are just too much (I think you know what I mean). She's actually easy to work with and funny too! We definitely WILL be contacting her in the near future when we buy our next house. She set things up immediately and then took me to see 16 other homes over two days, so I could be sure I was making the right decision. Connie and her real estate team did an amazing job. Their video and photo presentation gave our home the quality showing it deserved, and with their amazing marketing skills, we were able to sell our home to the right buyer at our asking price through private showings without the need for an open house or any major disruption of our schedule. She made sure we were fully informed and updated every step of the way. The sale couldn't have been any smoother.

I called  Connie after visiting her website.  Our issue:  the Realtor who sold us three  years ago  wanted us to list our Del Mar home at a break even or loss price.  Quick sale for him, loser for us.  

We discussed things with Connie.  She said the market would determine the price but we should  not be shy about going for a good price as long as we were being realistic and flexible.  She and her team worked hard, held many open houses, and we feel they worked our house every day.  

Our final price , netted us, after a fair commission,  more than the initial  listing recommendation of our prior Realtor.  

We give her our highest recommendation. When ,not if, we come back  to the  market, we will call Connie.

It is a pleasure to write this review in support of Connie and her team. Connie was with us from day one when we attended an open house. She made astute comments and judgments about the house and asked the seller's agent many questions. She advised us on market conditions and made recommendations  concerning a potential offer. This house was in a very high demand area where houses are frequently sold on the first day of listing.  Our offer was accepted and Connie and her team really got down to work. Connie helped set up an escrow account, arranged for appraisal and inspections, and coordinated minor repair requests all in a professional and efficient manner. We actually closed on the deal several days in advance of the 30 day escrow.  In summation, Connie and her team were friendly, professional, and very easy to work with throughout the entire period of the purchase of the house. We give Connie and her team our highest recommendation if you are in the market to purchase a home.

I met Connie a while back when I was casually searching homes on Zillow. When I was actually ready to start the search for our dream home (my husband and I got married last year) I called her and we begun our journey. We saw a number of different places before falling in love with a home (I am very  picky!) and Connie was always extremely responsive and willing to show me each new home that I wanted to see. When we put in our offer Connie was very helpful when we were negotiating on a final price. Then when we were in escrow we ran into a number of hurdles with the loan process (story too long to share here) and Connie was always there to help and support us and keep our spirits up. She proved to be a very loyal, knowledgeable, experienced, and valuable ally through the whole thing. She truly cared about us finding our perfect home and put our interests above hers. Not to mention she is always making funny jokes and hysterical to be around. We closed on our dream home this week and are so excited!!!
