I will provide you with the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA - Comps) and inform you of the market conditions, communities, and more. I also work closely with the lender to make sure you are pre-approved for a loan and determine your buying power.
Once the property is identified, my team and I will set up appointments to view the home with you. I will go over all the paperwork and answer any questions in relating to the contract or disclosures. Our transaction coordinator will handle all the paperwork and inform you of all the timelines. I also assist in scheduling your home inspection and negotiate repairs.
My work doesn't stop here. I will monitor the loan process, escrow, and schedule the final walk through with you. Most of all, I enjoy handing over the keys to your new home.
