I moved to the United States on my 11th birthday from South Korea and grew up in the North Suburbs of Chicago, and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC). As a long-time resident of San Diego, I possess an in-depth understanding of the local communities, schools, and market dynamics. This local expertise enables me to guide clients in making informed decisions when purchasing or selling one of their most significant investments.

 Ann has lived in San Diego for past 40 years, and she currently resides in Rancho Santa Fe with her family. Ann moved to San Diego from South Korea at an early age, and she writes and speaks Korean fluently. After graduating from UCSD, Ann spent 20 plus years in executive sales positions with various corporate companies. 

Ann’s passion for real estate began when she began purchasing her own homes and investment properties. She evaluates the wants and needs of her clients and guide them through making one of the most important decisions of their lives. 

 With an MBA in Marketing and years of extensive experience in sales and corporate marketing management throughout US, Europe and Asia, Ivy brings a unique skill set to her real estate career. Ivy truly understands cross-cultural differences, which allows her to provide the best service possible in this growing market. Ivy is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. 

Ivy and her husband are raising their two children in Carmel Valley. She enjoys dancing, traveling, and playing piano in her spare time.
