Connie
Connie started my real estate career back in 1991. She moved to the United States on her 11th birthday. Connie grew up in Highland Park, IL and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University. She has worked and lived in San Diego for past 27 years. Connie and her team never lose sight of what is important to their clients.

Dawn
Dawn was born and raised in New Jersey and earned her degree from Pace University in NYC. In 2003, she moved to San Diego. Dawn has enjoyed living all over San Diego for past 14 years, which has given her an extensive understanding and appreciation of the city. This combined love for interior design and architecture, and a true passion for customer service, has led her into a rewarding career in Real Estate. She is highly motivated to find the perfect home for her buyers and has keen insight on how to make her listings sell!
Ann
Ann has lived in San Diego for past 40 years, and she currently resides in Rancho Santa Fe with her family. Ann moved to San Diego from South Korea at an early age, and she writes and speaks Korean fluently. After graduating from UCSD, Ann spent 20 plus years in executive sales positions with various corporate companies.
Ann’s passion for real estate began when she began purchasing her own homes and investment properties. She evaluates the wants and needs of her clients and guide them through making one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Guadalupe
Lupe had lived in Nassau, Bahamas and worked at the US Embassy for the US Navy. She attended graduate school at Arizona State University and she's also fluent in English and Spanish language.
Also have worked at the US Consulate General in Vancouver, British Columbia, Lupe understands the importance of making that personal connection with people easily identifying their wants and needs.
Lupe is committed to providing clients with the utmost care during the process of finding their home. She believes in putting clients' needs first and working collaboratively with other agents to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone.
Ivy
With an MBA in Marketing and years of extensive experience in sales and corporate marketing management throughout US, Europe and Asia, Ivy brings a unique skill set to her real estate career. Ivy truly understands cross-cultural differences, which allows her to provide the best service possible in this growing market. Ivy is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Ivy and her husband are raising their two children in Carmel Valley. She enjoys dancing, traveling, and playing piano in her spare time.
Shanda * Transaction Coordinator
Shanda is a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (TC) with assistants, who work closely together to support our team. She works as a liaison to Real Estate Agents, Sellers, Buyers, Escrow, and Mortgage Company. Shanda started in the business as an admin 20 years ago, then decided to focus on the part of the job she loved the most,
"the paperwork".
