She made astute comments and judgments about the house and asked the seller's agent many questions. She advised us on market conditions and made recommendations concerning a potential offer. This house was in a very high demand area where houses are frequently sold on the first day of listing. Our offer was accepted and Connie and her team really got down to work. Connie helped set up an escrow account, arranged for appraisal and inspections, and coordinated minor repair requests all in a professional and efficient manner. We actually closed on the deal several days in advance of the 30 day escrow. I met Connie a while back when I was casually searching homes on Zillow. When I was actually ready to start the search for our dream home (my husband and I got married last year) I called her and we begun our journey. We saw a number of different places before falling in love with a home (I am very picky!) and Connie was always extremely responsive and willing to show me each new home that I wanted to see. When we put in our offer Connie was very helpful when we were negotiating on a final price. Then when we were in escrow we ran into a number of hurdles with the loan process (story too long to share here) and Connie was always there to help and support us and keep our spirits up. I called Connie after visiting her website. Our issue: the Realtor who sold us three years ago wanted us to list our Del Mar home at a break even or loss price. Quick sale for him, loser for us.
We discussed things with Connie. She said the market would determine the price but we should not be shy about going for a good price as long as we were being realistic and flexible. She and her team worked hard, held many open houses, and we feel they worked our house every day.
Our final price , netted us, after a fair commission, more than the initial listing recommendation of our prior Realtor.

As soon as we met Connie, we decided we would have her list our rental property. She walked through the townhouse and gave us valuable advise re. necessary upgrades, smoke and CO detectors etc., which we really appreciated. She arranged for the property to be professionally photographed at her expense, and I noticed in the photographs that she had taken the trouble to add a few decorations to enhance the interior of the house. Her professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness is quite evident when you begin to work with her especially when trying to find the right tenant that suits your expectations. What can I say - she IS THE BEST.
